THEME: GOD’S CITY, MY CITY
The City where I live and the City where you live belong to God. He created all the people who live here, each person who lives there, around you. By the way, not only did He created everyone, but He died for each person who lives in your town, village, or big city; each individual who walks the streets of my neighborhood. That’s why, we can be assured that God loves the city. It is awesome to know that a powerful and loving God loves the city and wants to reach it.
However, It is not only God’s City, it is also My City, it belongs to you and to me. In His quest to save the city, He placed you and me right where we are with a purpose. God wants to reach His City, Your City, My City, with His love, through you and me. He wants everyone, here and there, to know about Him and His salvation. How will they know? Through our acts of love, care, compassion first, as well as through our words of hope. It is time to begin claiming God’s desire upon our cities, towns, and villages.
